Students expressed their feelings and ideas with different kinds of materials like fevi-sticks, ribbons, colored papers, markers, etc. They did an imaginary play with objects created out of boxes.
Students were shown different kinds of glasses made of paper, metal, clay, wood & plastic. They analyzed their texture and durability by crushing and throwing them on the floor and pouring lukewarm water in different kinds of glasses.

Students practiced writing of ‘ag’ and ‘ab’ family CVC words and illustrated objects associated with them in their process journals.
Revision of ‘ab’, ‘ax’ family CVC words and vowel ’a’ was done with help of large moveable alphabet box (LMA).
Students read vowel ‘a’ using laminated cards.
Reinforcement of vowel ‘a’ was done through a game, where in students identified objects in the given picture and wrote vowel ‘a’ CVC words.
Introduction of sight words ‘the’ and ‘is’ was undertaken too.

Students painted over the coloured designs and patterns that they had created last week using black acrylic paint and scratched various objects like flowers, houses, birds etc. With the help of a pencil. Some of them also gave their reflection which was incorporated on their art sheets.

Students practiced the Congo beats and learned about the correct hand placement on the same. They demonstrated the beats individually. They were also divided into small groups and they presented the "Mulberry Bush" song along with their self-composed actions.
