UOI
This week we inquired into land transport where students made a bar graph representing the mode of transport they use to come to school (bus, car, walking or carpool). Later students explored the interior and exterior of a real car and inquired about its different parts – (fuel tank, bumper, head lights, tail lights, wiper, windshield, rear view mirror, engine, steering wheel, window frame, wheel, axle, suspension, brake, spare wheel). Students also found out about different logos used by car manufacturers, through videos.
Students showed their understanding on road signs and traffic rules by presenting themselves during their ‘Talk and Talk’. Students also inquired about the different fuel variants like (Petrol, diesel and CNG, electric and solar).
